We all have to start somewhere, my first was a 1 litre too.

What sort of plans do you have in mind?

yes they are tidy wheels, it was also quite nice of mark to offer them to me for next to nothing! i did however have to decline at the time, but feel free to leave them on my door step sir. :P

corsanova_mark i plan to get some unusual bumper for it,i got 40mm lowering spring and uprated shocks to go on it,electric blue window tints and a blue led gear shifter at the mo, iwant to get some 16" or17" alloys and a gte interior and mk 2 lights and grill, and clear inicators fron and sides, clear rear lights and a bad boy bonnetand,a astra gte digital dash, and my dads gonna respray it for me for nothing!!!

Sounds like a plan, some good basic ideas there, you may wish to re-think the alloys, 15's are really the best package for the Nova, just on the grounds that modifications to arches will be need to fit 16's 17's and also speed will also be lost with the larger alloys, but if they are really what you want go for it!

No disrespect, but he's only driving a 1.0l ;)

Shn Nova. If you plan on doing all these mods to your car, make sure you get a decent alarm and immobiliser first. Theres been countless stories of people from this site modding thier Nova only to have it stolen due to inadequate security. It may cost a couple hundred to get an alarm and immobiliser, but if you're spending a few quid on the car, it'll make sense in the long run.

Welcome to the site though :)

Jim

16"s will go on with no arch mods if you use the correct wheel (Width and offset - 6" and et49) and the correct tyres (195/45) and if Vauxhall built your Nova with the ream beam dead central (Not very likely!!)

kool the arch lips have already been grounded and rust protected as it already had 16"s on it before i got my hands on her
