Theres a little snow in MK. Set to dissapear by tonight. Shame, cause the weather forcasters were saying how there was going to be a few inches of snow. Mind you, can't remember the last time I believed a weather report, lol

Had snow overnight - enough to cover the driveway and my car just enough for it to set solid when the sun came up this morning so getting to work on time was a big no-no today :lol:

Snow is pretty much gone around here now - the 3million tonnes of grit saw to most of it being disperesed on the roads anyway. Anyone driving a nova around here this week is gonna find the underside of their car in a very sorry state if they dont hose it down! Grit is coating the roads everywhere.

I lived in Canada and had to shovel a foot of snow off the drive each day to get to work!

I was up in Edale today, the roads hadn't been gritted, so basically the fields and the road all blended into one!!! it was crazy on the hills the snow was about 6 inches deep(more where it had drifted)!! it made sledging difficult because you just sank into the snow :(

the drive back was scary aswell, you could only see about 30 foot infront!! :o

my mate took some pics, I'll try to get them. (I'm back on 56k dial up for a while though, so it may not be straight away)

Wish hadnt opened my big mouth, got caught in a Blizzard coming back from Wales today and now Bristol too is White again.

Dosent help when your car breaks down every ten minutes either, luckily managed to time it to go at red lights though.

frickin' snow.... went to get my saloon de-snowed this morning, so sat in it warming it up, go to switch on the windscreen wipers... *creakCRACKwhhhrrrr* flipping mechanism had frozen and broke :(

Ahh well. Meant i had to drive my hatch instead 8)

...although took the car cover off that and it was frozen solid in the shape of the car :roll:
