Brakes locking

The brakes on my 93 plate 1.2 keep locking, its pakred on a hill facing downwards, is there anything i can do to stop them locking ? its just the standard brakes

try changing the master cylinder?

if its the backs then clean out the drums, its usually dust .

my back brakes was locking to it was my back brake shoes.have a look at yours :D
