200bhp 1.4 16v turbo

Well i think this is small block being taken to another place.
Just spoke to Allan at velos and they have just had there nova on the rolling road. putting out 200bhp @ just over 6k rpm
175lb ft torque i belive for now!

To me this is just fucking crazy! they are planning to increase power a tad more. So it just produces a tad more than the 2 litre let engine!

just thought id post up as i think this is just mad meself

btw a 100bhp 1200 is possible without a blower :wink: but leave that to the silly boys :p

Cool! It would be interesting to know what Boost Pressure that was at if you could find out..........

Thats very good power to weight, and would make a very nice trackday car :D .

I take it there developing it to sell as a conversion? or is it just a show car type thing?
