is it worth getting one?

my car is currently lowered 40mm on spax springs, and ive not really had any problems with handling!

is it worth puttin one on the front or rear? i wont be havign a role cage as i cant be assed with one! what difference (if any) does it make to the handling?

They are supposed to stiffen the handling so the cornering is more positive and body flex free, but most people don't really feel any difference. Most people just have them for show purposes, and how good they look when you pop the bonnet.

nova shells are flimsy; go get one i say. cheap; look good and do help. look at it as the poor mans harry hock chassic.stregth.kit. front and rear yes. can also get lower front too.
