would deffo be easier to build the engine up before fitting it
lol he looks like prince harry!

quality use of the trolley jack - glad it didnt slip!
remember peeps - a car shouldnt rest on 4 axle stands and should be secured safely!
if is comes down on yer head you'll be scraping skull and brains up with a dustpan!
:x
and Mike looks like Pete Tong!
sorry guys - sterling job - does it run?
remember peeps - a car shouldnt rest on 4 axle stands and should be secured safely!

engine should have been built out of the car
shafts should have been in stock... then it would have only taken one day to do
as ste's said all along you should have got all the bits sorced and sorted first before starting would have made it soo much easier and less stressful!
i've got everything sorted for mine an the engine isn't going back in until march!
how do you go about getting enough height to slide the engine under (in a safe manner) trolley jack/ramps looks a good idea but maybe not the safest??
me an me mate always used to use a jack and a fcuk off bit of wood!
