Sub bang

Hello,

Please can anybody help me i have 2 x pheonix gold amps powering a set of 6.5" Alpine componants and a 12"sub, it will all be taken out soon but when i turn my engine off the sub makes a loud pop/bang, any ideas what this may be.

its the amp turning off mate pops the subdoes it do it when you turn it on??

isnt it sendin a pulse throught the sub???

Quick fix would be to turn the volume right down on ur HU before turnin it off, its what i have to do with me speakers in my room
