strengh

where does the the shell need strengh on for the 2l conversion , can anyone show me in a bit of detail what to do, and will welding keep the strengh good or will extra be needed ?


any help grateful as i need a print out for a garage thats doing my work.

most 2l people seem to recommend just stitch welding the seams of the engine bay only using a strengening kit if u intend to take it on the track.

its not a track car i just dont want it riping off the bulkhead.
