I'm Getting A Nova Again!!!!

Finally i've come to my senses. My firt car was a 1.4SR and i loved it to bits but i sold it for a 1.4 Corsa SRi. Wish I never bothered. Then I got a Series One Escort RS Turbo. That was ace 220bhp. It absolutly flew! Now I've got a BMW 318ti but it's soooo boring. Gonna Get me a Nova GSi and I can't friggin' wait!!!!!!!!!

what are the main things to look out for on a GSi??

err the usual nova stuff; rust on inner wings, arches, doors, sills and look under carpet inside footwells and boot for damp, dirt, rust. engine is a buzz so ticking noises and rattles could just be naff/low oil and cold engine; go when warmed up. look at locks, windows and stereo area on dash; if ever been broke into. drive it and do 'no hands' sharp braking etc. press all buttons to see if it all works and try to buy a standard one or very little modded. books/history/HPI too. also the v5 that it is a gen.
