Does anyone know where i can get some from?

also, would my gmax gas shocks be able to cope with 90mm springs or would i need coilovers?

Ive been informed that if i cut the 60mm rear springs down that i already have this ould be adequate but it doesnt sound a very good option...

cheers

Send some 60mm springs to Coil Springs in Sheffield and ask them to shorten them by 30mm, that's exactly what I did.

you'd be best to get brand new springs from them, made to your spec. also if your going that low the dampers will be sitting right at the end of there stroke, even with g-max dampers- in other words you wont have much travel = bad handling on uneven or bumpy roads....but itll look cool

My mate has some spax adjustables for sale, would they be any better to cope with the 90mm springs than my gmax setup?

you could use the -90mm springs with any damper its just better to use really short ones so u keep a decent amount of travel in the suspension. the spax are probably 1 inch shorter than standard shocks. try them and see...

cut and lower the mounts on the axle for more travel

Same here, how can a shell with no glass, no rear seats etc and allegedly 60mm rear springs be lower than it is on the other picture always being posted showing it "5 up with 16's and 60mm springs?"

cause since then i've cut the spring mounts out and raised them into the car  .. lowered the shock mounts on the axle to allow full travel... arch to wheel contact is limited by a chopped in half bump stop with a skate board wheel placed between

...i guess you'll be moving the beam mountings up next then, as the rear wheels will be travelling more forward now when you hit a bump.....
