Has anyone had problems with over-braking on the rear after converting to disc's? On my old 16v running 256mm Fronts with cav rears it wasn't too much of a problem, but on the new project i have fitted V6 Cav calipers with 288mm discs. In theory this will make the back end even lighter under braking, therefore maybe making it go sideways when you dont want it to.

Any help will be apprieciated Cheers

get bias valves of a nova van or saloon.

no cause v6 stuff will supply the same braking.. the limit is the tyres... v6 stuff just stops them overheating

i can lock my wheels at 100mph with 16v stuff

i've got 284mm V6 front, and gte rear discs, i nearly lost the back end at 110 (on my private road) i thought i could stop at some lights 2- 300 metres up the road, well it stopped but i crapped meself. my second experience was with mud on the road. i braked for a sharp bend on a back road, but the car slid, back end first, front's didn't lock. in a way it helped cos i don't reckon i would of made the bend if they hadn't locked and made it slide :) so i'm buyin on of them pedal box things that replace the servo etc!

2.0 16V :) :) still lovin it (when it works)
