Spraying Spongey Spoiler

i cant remember wether i asked this a few months ago but anyway
my spoiler on my sr (wrap around type) isnt like me mates GTE 1 hes is plastic and mines like hard sponge how do i spay this is it the same as spaying plastic like sand it down plastic primer it spray it then lacker it
also is this the same cuz i wanna spray my grill and mirrors..

if your car is a gte colour, it'd be easier to swap everything over rather than trying to paint your stuff

nah its this mad colour ive been told its stelios blue / haze blue /sea mist silver ? dont think ive seen a GTE this colour b4

well baisicly this is the run down cuz its only my first car i aint gunna spend loads on it

colour code the grill, spoiler, mirror covers and the boot handle
de vynl the bottoms of the doors and the boot
lower it 40mil
get some cheep 15s
if i get standard GTE 3spokes mite lower it 60mil
lil square No plate on front
then may be a trooper vent
defernatly keepin bumpers grey
back bumpers standard SR but wiv GTE spliter
oh yeah my new back arch pannels cum 2day but 1s blach nad 1s brown ?
