will i need a electric powered fuel pump to run my twin 40's. i just put a 1.4 in my 1.2 shell.

they didn't fit one on the 1300 sport

does that mean it its not needed, i could just use the mechanical 1. but would it be beter or would it just push up my fuel bill?
