Whats this mean...?!?!?!

Located in my engine bay, I have this sticker:

Now does this mean I can only take 4 Star and Unleaded OR does it mean i can take any fuel rated 95RON to 98RON i.e Optimax?

But that's what the sticker says, that it's safe to use unleaded.
If he was to ignore the sticker then he'd probably fill it with diesel!!
