it's best to tell people so they are aware of it, not keep it secret so that theives can carry on using that method and nick peoples cars without them knowing how they did it...

It's like with slim jimming a door open...even though it's the oldest trick in the book, some people are not aware of it and think because they lock the door of their car, it is safe...it's probably just as quick to get in a car slim jimming it as to find your keys in your pocket, find the right key, then put it in the lock...

it's best that people know...if they don't they will have theircars robbed...full stop

you can buy a diode from electronic company and solder it in, it cancels out this flaw in vauxhall's wiring !

Just put a second immobilizer in a circuit critical for running, not just turning the ignition on.

or super glue a plate in to prevent reversal cause the pins are different

I was on about u asking how to slim jim a car...:)

u slip a thin metal 'strip' down the door skin and pull up. it catches a latch and opens your door. U can weld a plate onto the inside of your door (behind the door cards) to stop the piece of metal actually being able to fit down the door skin

or u can buy 'anti slimjimming' plates from that are pretty cheap and they just do the same trick

it doesn't work on all Nova's ste i have tried it on a K sri and a J merit and it doesn't work!!
