I have just obtained a turbo engine and box from a cavalier. I still have the cavalier so have access to all parts needed to install into my GTE. Are there many differences from installing a normal 16V and the turbo engine apart from the obvious like intercooler and tubro??

Fitting a turbo engine is the same as fitting a XE if you using a F20 gearbox, its just a case of finding more space for things like the intercooler and the fan. You will need to move the Rad further forward to make space for the turbo and you will also need to trim the slam panel on the drivers side to make room for the inlet hose for the turbo. Rick

they should all be fine if you stick with the f20 u cant run enuff power for long enuff with an f20 for it to be a problem!
check out the feature cars in the turbo section, will give u a rough idea of the norm specs etc
