there has been alot of post for these recently so i thought i best dig them out. this is what i got with my carb when i bought it.
the carb cost ?215 and came with all the parts needed to fit it, including a joining peice for the auto choke. you also get a manual choke cable but it i used a nova one.
i got the carb from demon tweeks. the air filter is a smaller depth version for a 32/34 carb, i got this from a local K+N stockist for about ?50.

it might be a good idea for admin to make this sticky for a while.

without pissing on your fire for performance you would have been better off with a ram air or pipercross style filter, without the alloy top.

looks nice tho

i'm gonna change my K&N for a cav top box with a closed induction cone filter

i liked the look more than anything, and to be honest it's not as if 2/3 bhp would make much differance

will that cav box fit straight on or would it need moddin?

does a 32/34 carb freeze still with a k+n on it?

yep

not if you keep it well oiled. i've not had any problems with mine and it was used in all conditions

its the fuel jets that freeze up and these will freeze with enough cold air entering the carb (ie motorway driving on a -2C day)

oiling wont help that situation

i bought the exact same Weber direct replacment kit from Webcon last monday. Getting Mixture set up tomo Morning.

Makes quite a big power and torque diff this carb.

its actually the venturies that freeze or across the idle mixture ports but as you said oiling will make NO difference
