Will this fit a Mk1?

Will wheels which are 195/50/15 fit on my Mk1 which has been lowered 60mm with a Gmax kit? Has anyone got some on without doing any arch work? I know the Mk2's have less trouble.

The 175/65/14's i got on at mo are quite close to arches already, and my arches are in fairly good condition if they needed work.

im running 195/50/15 fox 6 wheels and they never rub. ive only chopped the lip of the rear arch too. mine is lowered 60mm on g max all round too.

just take an angle grinder to the arch lip and cover it in seam sealer afterwards. i dont advise getting them rolled as ive seen that cause them to rot out in less than 6 months as it collects water and shite.
