My GUESS would be that he has used the airbox from a corsa 1.2i and added a uprated airbox to it.

cavy 1.6 airbox and tubing with a piperX induction kit fitted. gets the filter away from the back of the engine where its hard to get cold air.

it will probably give you lots of problems with carb freezing in the cold weather.

me mates astra 1.4 has an identical setup to that, its a standard 1.4i astra ls air intake system, piece of piss to do i would think

looks to me like a 1.6 cav box with a bit of 1.0 nova pipe from the side of the air box, and obviously the pipecross filter,

but thats just a guess!
