Gte engine managment light coming on?

HEy when i rev my gte engine failry hard, or when it seem to labour, my engine management light comes on and when i lift off the gas it goes off, the engine also doesnt seem to have all its power either, plus there seems to be a sound like the exhaust blowing but there aint no leaks on my stainy at all, and the manifold looks clean.

Also, the small screw on my bosch jetronic meter, the plastic one, how should i adjust this because i keep turning it clockwise and it doesnt seem to tighten at all just keeps on movin! ?

that screw is on a potentiometer i think so it probably will keep turning. it controlls the mixture i think. get a garage to set it up properly.

yer that pot will go from 0 to max and drop back to zero again

if uve been fiddling there then get it to a garage with a co meter and get it back within <1% co
