how do i fit the seats out of a sri in to my mk1 nova pleese help pleese

To my knowledge mate they should go straight in! Make sure you got a set of Nova subframes, but apart from that should go straight in.

dependant on what model mk1 you got they could be EXACTLY the same seat - just difrent fabric. sri seats are same design as mk1 gte and mk1 sr.

if there ther difrent ones, all you need to do is unbolt old seat and bolt in new seat simple as.

the new sri seats only require 2 bolts at front, whilst old crappy seats (non bucket type) require a plate that holds the seat in, like a C shape, and has 2 bolts per bracket (4)
