i put the exhaust off a gte on my old sr. the only prob i had was the tube from the manifold to the mid section.
i think it will fit but you are going to have to mod a pipe or take the entire system completely off and swap the whole thing.

no INCLUDING manifold, not FROM the manifold!!

the GTE downpipe sits at a differtnt angle to suit the manifold.

take it u meant the other way around then? gte on a sr...tho I suppose its the same whatever way around as long as....(what Dicko said)
