Opinions please

I've been thinking about getting some vinyl to put back on the door panels between the windows. I'm in two minds as to whether this looks better or as it is with them removed. My gut instinct is that it will look better but then this may mean getting unpainted skirts as well. Take a look at my car as it is and let me know any opinions

its not a full re-spray. just bumpers, bonnet, skirts, arches, doors and wherever rust previously lived. ?600 including damage repair to rear driver arch

oh, my car needs everything painted after my attempts at repairs have left me with a multicoloured mess!!

luckily the original paint is the same colour as the new re-sprayed parts and has not really faded at all. I've had the problem you had with my old blue SR. it was two different colours as the paint was metallic and could not be perfectly matched. If i were you i'd bite the bullet and go for it. you'll notice the difference

oh i have to get it painted because ive put a badboy bonnet and combat skirts on and they are white!! removed doorlocks aswell so there is primer all over everything! really embaressing to drive but cant afford the respray just yet!

ive still go my origional vinal next 2 the windows but am takin mine off and replacin it with carbon fiber 2 match me mirrors and door handles when i get em

yeah put it on it looks realy good on light colour car such as white..if it was black or greay then you wouldnt notice it..but with it off you see this BIG white line deviding the windows,if you put it on again you will notice it makes it look like your window follows straight through from fron to back!..And i personally thik it will look better...but leave the skirts white now you have allready painted them..looks good mate :D :D

Mate, thats exactly what i thought. Don't think i'll bother with the skirts. it'll cost money and may not look any better.
