i managed to get mine to fit with my MO rims, but it just took a lot of messing about till it dodnt catch.

i gopt a can of silver paint and painted the pipes so i could see if they still caught. i thimnk they point down :S and miss then the pipes are zip tied to the shell to stop them hanging in the way

I managed to get mine to fit ok but I am running a Cally turbo oil cooler and the pipes to the sandwich plate are slightly different so they run sort of behind the bottom pulley under the edge of the sump. Been fine so far!!

unless youj got overseas and towing a caravan it's unlikely the oil cooler will ever get used on a standard xe nova

why do u say that.

on a track and fast road surely it would make a difference

i have run mine on track days where the car is revved all the way for 20mins solid, with no oil cooler i started losing the slightest bit of pressure below 5000rpm and it has been fine so far (touch wood)
