HELP WITH VALVER GEAR LINKAGE PLEASE

We are trying to set up the gear linkage, however we can only seem to get 1st, 2nd and Reverse.

We put the 4.5mm drill bit in and turned the linkage to the left. Followed the instructions i think on valvers.com but no luck.

Any help please.

what i did mate was put the box in reverse manually by moving the selector going into the box by hand so it was in reverse then put the gear stick in the car into what feels like reverse then tighten the bolt up. 13mm i think it is on the end of the shaft. this worked for me 1st time. i also followed the guide off valvers but had no luck either.

follow the instructions in the haynes manual and it WILL work 1st time.

check the linkage dosent foul on the steering rack too

did u use the gearbox spacer? if so have u turned the plastic part around to extend it? other option is to add 20mm to the U-bend in the linkage with some welding
