Fitting TSW Venoms

Hi all..

I am contemplating on whether to buy a set of TSW Venoms, which I know many of you dislike, but I do like them, and was wondering if they will fit directly onto my mk1 nova?
The guy says they are 4x108 fitment, so will they fit?
Also being 15inch, will that cause problems? the tyres are 195/50/15.

dont think they will fit mate.... think vaux is 4 x 100 and the offset needs to be as close to et49 as poss
