URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH VALVER COOLING SYSTEM

Right, we're half way through doing my mates valver C20XE into his 92 Luxe plus.

The engine is in:

There are two pipes which we arent sure where they go or what they are, weve flushed the cooling system through and there wasnt a leak, however we have this pipe left:

And finally, also this one, which am i right in thinking is that the oil breather?
