I could be wrong, but it looks to me like the Firges Corsa A which means it's some silly powered LET based engine.

Ok, confirmed it is the Firges Corsa A. There is an index page with lots of pics on http://www.kolumbus.fi/pasi.haapalainen/index.htm go check that out, there is a hell of alot of thought and engineering gone into that. Check out the guys home made throttlebodie/inlet assembly for an idea. And yes that Turbo is fucking huge! lol

compression ratio 8.0:1 boost (used in dyno) 1.8bar,on street 1.5bar-->slipping still too much.breaked lots off F16/F20 gearboxes.iff it does not slip-->gearbox will broken.now fixed F28 fully repaired with Quaife torsen differential lock.

I'm guessing it's been rebuilt since the last time the spec was posted then because then it was running 6.5:1 compression, and an F20. Does it put out more BHP then? Before it was something like 442kW (610hp) @ 1.8 Bar.

last time we could not reach enough power in paper because it was slippery.
now we get it.we used motor 1/2 hour before dyno.in dyno we run about 30 times fully load(5hours)and positive was that att it did not broken.

last summer i drive it so much as i have time( we broken on street two enginen-->pistons collaps)
we have strenght it quite much.now torgue was 620nm.
after last dyno we have changed little bit smaller exhaust chamber in turbo-->starts much earlier-->wheels spin earlier-->have to do something.

yes,thats true.but i have to put it in there because when i drive it highspeed and stop acceleration wind takes in the car and tryed to force it somewhere(and rearwheels lift out of road).thats reason.
drived F20 5th gear(3.42/0.89) 600mm tyres 8000rpm on road.reverse limiter was then 8000.but it start to do that efeckt already somewhere 250-260km/h.

That car is mad. Can i just ask why you run a spacer plate on the bottom of the block that passes over the bearing caps and right round the outer edge of the block? Rick

yes it is snow.
plate meaning are at main line of crank stay it place at it were planned to be.
there are also 6 bolts oilpan ring at plate stay on place and of cource oilpan bolts and crank bolts(ARP).
less flexibility in crankcase!

Then you must go to the "Blitz Hits L?ckau" near Berlin, it's Germany's biggest Opel metting with about 15-20000 cars, and alot of 1/4 mile action.. :twisted: :twisted:
