Wot price would i be expecting on a 1.1 Saxo / R reg for a 17yr old ?

Its a cousins car but she dunt want it, so i might see if i can have it cheap. She wants ?1500 afaik, its never been crashed, 1 owner, mint condition, tidy, well serviced, but if insurance is too high, i'll keep my eyes peeled for a Mini Cooper 1.1 or 1.3

my mate whos also 17 was payin ?1200 for a 1.4 westcoast i know its not the same but as its smaller it should be cheaper depends on u and were u live...

where from? i was just wanting an estimate really, thought u guys wud know wot i wud be looking at. I might actually pop into my local one and see if i can carry my bike insurance over or least get 1yr NCB from it

ok thanks! i keep getting told to get insured with my dads, but i cant cos hes got a "Motor Traders" Insurance. Covers him in any car, fully comp, other ppls cars when hes got em on back of truck etc etc, but he does car recovery n transportation, and with every license and 25+yrs NCB it costs him like ?150 a year :O with Swinton/Annette Lockyear
