rite. after useing the lasso tool i cant use alot of the other tools. so, dose anyone now y this is and how to change it so it dosnt happen .

i would take a guess and say that you need to de-select the lasso tool mate.

even if it seems like nothing is selected, it may just be a single pixel so you cant really see it, but as long as it's selected, you wont be able to use other tools (except paint fill and etc).
