''trading since 1995".
i would NEVER have ANYTHING to do with that 'company', and the reason is very simply because of their web presence. It just looks like a child has designed the website!
A good corporate image is VITAL and it is very important that this is carried through to internet presence, especially as online is becoming a place of first impressions.
Sort yourselves out people, you dont need to invest a lot of money on webdesign and programming and i especially believe that simplicity is the highest form of sophistication.

I agree with Marty - the website that i used to design when i started learning about webdesign back in 1996/97 looked better than that thing does. Trusting a company that doesnt take a pride in its image is a difficult thing to do as far as i am concerened. Saying they have been trading since 1995 doesnt mean anything, they could have been selling pasties outta there car boot on sundays for most of that time.
