The brakes on my runaround nova get very hot and seize on after 5 mins of driving, I've cleaned up the sliders (old style delco calipers, non ate type) and they were well lubed up with copper slip, 1 side looks like its got a newish caliper, as its still gold/new looking,
Both sides are sticking and I was wondering could it be the mastercylinder/servo thats causing this?, or have I been unlucky and got a pair of knackered calipers??
I've got some ATE calipers that I'll use as a last resort as they're meant to be going on my 16v nova that I'm collecting bits for,
but what size spacers will I need to fit ate calipers under 5J x 14" wheels? cant be arsed to buy some 5.5J wheels!
Thanks
