Ive just bought some 195/49ish/15s sumin like that well thay where off a corsa and are now on a 1ltr nova but the offset is is different, the tire is in line with the arch on the front how low with out wor would i b able to go cheers.

I assume you mean 195/45/15? The offset shouldn't be different (I may be wrong though), it may look like a different offset because they wheels you've bought are actually wider than the standard wheels that you've replaced.

Really we need more information before we can tell you how much you can lower it. Were the wheels from the Corsa the correct offset in the first place? What make/style of wheel is it?

if you take the wheel off and look on the inside of the wheel, more often than not, on the machined face that fits onto the hub they stamp the wheel size and offset.
