temperature Guage

my temperature guage has stoped working, where is the sender on a gte?
also i have never heard my fan come on what could be the cause of this?

as i rember is on the back of the engine on the intake manifold. Quite hard to get to i think. But the temperature sender has nothing to do with the fan. That is the electric thermostat on the botttom of the radiator on the left (if you look at the car from the front)

My fan rarly comes on. If you want to test it turn the ingition on (doesn't need the engine running) and short the 2 terminals together on the sensor as located above. It's easy to find as there are no other wires boing the the radiator.
