how much should the engine and box cost , and also should i weld up the bay or is this only needed for the valver and LET conversions

p.s whats the best gearbox to run on this engine

..cheers...

i have just done the same conversion mate using the 20seh engine. and the f 16 gearbox. i stitch weld4ed the bay where any 2 panels meet. this may be a bit over the top i dont know. for the driveshafts i used the gte shaft and got some recon mk 2 cav inner cv joints. u need 34 external splines to go in the box and 22 internal splines for the gte shaft to fit in. hope this is some help. dont know about the wireing yet cause i havent got that far. :?:
