take a good firm grip of you knob and give it a bloody good pull till something comes off in your hand
if not try some lubrication that stuff really works

I used a junior hacksaw to cut the plastic section off!

BUT, prefer to give my knob a good yank!

ahhhhhhhhh the monthly how do i pull off my knob gags are in evidence

real advice: as stated cut it in half then sort of wrestle it off

'funny' advice: my knob was proper hard to pull off, even using tools, i had to twist it and yank it all over the shop lol

^^^lol, slight overkill methinks

just junior hacksaw it off. you only lose about two centimetres of shaft (snigger)

only takes two minutes

just put a lighter underneath it and burn the glue. or get some grips and twist it off, easy. put some elbow grease into things. stop asking q's!

sorry, didnt mean to be harsh.
