dont know however some MOT centres wont car because its a Nova, and therefore will think the car is too old for a cat.

no mate; 1.4 sr is carbed 75 odd brake. then even with cat sri has 82. it is slightly quicker. (despite the famous 'max power' car data listings way back putting up 1.4 single-point stats for the multi-point sri)
the sri is the best nova imho.

when i've got my sri engine into my sr what exhaust is best to use that doesnt have a cat. will anyone fit. will be getting a full ashley system but to for a long while yet.

sr exhaust will fit except for the manifold.

so if i was buying the exhaust from ashley would i have to just ask for a gte system or could i get a gsi system so i would get a straight exit?
