Who on the site has the most powerful nova? Not interested in the EDS twin engine jobby, just who has the most power..........

think most of them are off the road getting worked on :?
Basic class chart..
2.0l turbo- as said ricks when finished, dont know any users that have a turbo on the road at the moment? Andy bishop, Lee GSi, Dan 16v are all off the road!!!
2.0l 16v- Chris T/Novavalve/Karl rowntree?
2.0l 8v- Jon L (maybe)
1600 16v- Miles until Nova x is finished
1600 8v- Dan (pie man) or Big russ (bit of a dark horse)
1400 16v- CP
1400 8v- MC's old car, unsure of any lairy 1400 8v's at present
1300 8v- No idea
1200 8v- Probably Stuart's when finished.

Breeny ran a 13.6 earlier on in the year. That must be a contender for quickest NL Nova?

Errr, thanks 4 the comments but i asked for who had the most powerful nova, not the quickest qtr mile or 1.2!!!!!
Anybody????????? Not who WILL have the most powerful, but who's is the most powerful proven.......... at this given time!

errr, has anybody seen this car on the strip? has it been rolling roaded or are they just "claimed" figures???

Ok, calm down.
Out of the regular members whos cars were on the road recently then I'd still say Breenys. It has over 200bhp. Chris T's is around 200bhp also.

oright bodykit i think urs must be the fastest so no one has to see you in it as you should be imbarrised. Mine is faster it is a 2.5V6 twin turbo, twin 40's, wi throttleboddies , lots of nos about 500 horse and of course the gigglin pins are maxed wi uprated galivantin shafts.

Rob Smiths turbo spider will be fast, its running phase 4 and a few other bits and bobs, also Dan16v's will be well up there. Grom who owns pepe does not use this site. Rick

I saw Richard Bells run at Santa Pod in Oct.
His is on the road and i'd say is defo the quickest that is on the road now as he uses it everyday.
I cant belive he uses that every day :o

Rich Bells nova is off the raod at the moment, its at just novas having problems with its turbo. Its been rolling roaded at some thing like 266bhp at the wheels. Its running about 320 now though not sure what his time was at down the strip though.

My reliant-engined 5 door Novas saloon has 8000bhp, but it's off the road got running problems...........

In that case than probably Felix's 3.0 V6 on TB's is the most powerful, still completely undriveable.
When someone is tuning a 1.2 Nova upto around 100BHP that is over 60% more power than standard wich is much more impressive than someone who has taken a 200BHP engine and made it 240BHp.
So ok the 3.0 V6 might have the most power but is by no mean an acheivment.
umm im having 16Valves thanks lol
CP is going 8V for his project ;)
we are gunning for about 100-120bhp which is approx 100-150% more power lmao
so in that respect they will be impressive for overall gain in power

HMM at this moment in time if the engine is still in it the ATC nova 2ltr 8 valve turbo is probably them most powerfull nova in the land i recon. Rick

The ATC Nova is a 280bhp 2.0 8v with a 50 shot of NOS making it 330bhp.
Paul Goode's http://www.novaload.net/features/viewfeature.php?ref=1048
is 320bhp without any NOS. Maybe this is the most powerful at the moment???
mine is all down to weather a deal pulls off at the moment, if i get the garret T3, ATC say they can run me 350bhp all day long, if i dont get it im gunna just stick to around 330bhp on the hybrid kkk. id like to think by the end of nxt year tho i could be running nearer the 400bhp mark (need spray bars and steel rods) also need a wicked manifold as the cast job im getting with the T3 looks naff! :(

280 bhp from a turbo plus 50bhp of gas is more like 350bhp+ due to the cooling effect.
as far as 2.0 16v goes i think ive got the most horses if you include cheating with nitrous, 268bhp

surely if you had a V6 youd ned to run tripple 40's, and why would you run twin 40's and throttles???
