How easy is it to put a 1.3 SR gearbox in my '89 1.2? What bits will I need? :?:

Are you upgrading from 4 speed to 5 speed? I'm doing the same conversion myself and have done some digging here and on Migweb, it looks like everything is the same except for the gearbox itself so it should be an easy swap.

you will also need to trim a bit of the plastic stopper on the gearstick for u to be able to get 5th gear. about 10mm or so should do

and thats it!

That is if you are going from 4spd to 5spd. if not its ok
