how good is a kicker 12" punch HE2 sub? got given it from a cousen
have a jbl 12" atm which is better?

depends on how they're set up etc. cud try the two together, dnt care wot uva's say my mate runs a jbl gt4 and a kenny, they sound phat.

The HE2 sub is made by Rockford Fosgate. The Rocky sub will be better than the JBL (depending on the model of course). You could try running both subs together but you may have problems. Its difficult to set up 2 different subs to sound right. I found out the hard way myself.

I used to run 2 of the HE2's and gave them around 500watts RMS each. They are good subs that can run in most boxes from 1.0cuft and upwards. Sealed usually sounds better though.
