And which ECU is ?1200?

IT IS TO TURBO MY XE. IM NOT SURE WHAT ALL THE PARTS ARE. ITS A COMPAN DOWN IN THE SOUTH NOT SAYING WHICH HAS IT STARTS ARGUMENTS WITH RICK AND STE AND THE POST GOES MAD :lol: RICK WILL KNOW WHAT COMPANY IT IS AS HE MENTIONED IT TO ME. SEEMS A L. OT TO ME WILL HAVE ABOUT 300+ BHP I THINK BUT NO SURE.
ECU IS AN AUTRONIC SMC ECU (WHATEVER :? )
IT HAS IDLE CONTROL, BOOST CONTROL, AUTO TUNE, ANTI LAG, MISSING TOOTH AND MULTI TOOTH, 60,75, AND 45 - 112 DEGREE TRIGGER ANGLE, PRE 2001 SUBARU TRIGGER MITSUBISHI TRIGGER, XTRA CYLINDER PULSE. AND A CONFUSED ME

Also ?700 sounds one hell of a lot for an Intercooler :o You can have them custom mad to your own spec for around ?250-?300! Then all you need is some pipe to connect it.

The LET injectors are good for 300bhp i've been assured. Get some from a scrappy for a ?40 (if you can find an LET)

WHAT WOULD IT GO LIKE IF I JUST PT A BOG STANDARD LET ENGINE IN IT WHAT STUFF NEEDS TO BE DONE. ANY BODY MODS I HAVE 2LITRE 16V IN THERE SHOULD IT JUST REPLACE THAT.

Hi Neil the problem with using LET injectors on a 300bhp+ let is you have to run very high fuel pressure to gain the correct fueling, most people seem to find this make the engine run quote lean top end. You are better specing a ECU that will allow you to run ford bosch injectors (803 dark greens are good starting point) these are low impedence injectors and there is a far wider choice in these injectors than there is the vauxhall high impedense injectors alowing you to change the spec of the injectors to suite what power you wish to run instead of just winding up the fuel pressure. Yep there is a far better range of Cosworth injecotrs that are far more free flowing than any you can buy for a LET engine, if you try and fit cossie injectors to a vaux engine running on standard management it will burn out the injector drive in the ECU IIRC. Rick
