firstly... how much sound deaderning should i use and weres the best place to put it too hear results
secondly... how loud do u recon this will be
70w componets
200w 6x9s
600w sub
1100w 6chanel amp
what sort of cables will i need im pretty new to ICE so would like as much help as poss please
best places are anywhere where there are large pannels, where vibrations could travel, and near joins, i did my entire rear of the car, dont have to cover every inch but large peices every so often to stop the vibrations from traveling along the pannels,i stripped out the back of the car did it all over, on the inside of the side pannels, boot lid, boot floor, spare wheel well.
Cant have enough, made a big difference for me!

As much as possible and put it firstly on the large panels then try and fill in the rest, rather than using 'proper' sound deadening, go to B&Q and look in the 'roofing' section, find some stuff called 'flashing tape' and use this - loads cheaper than 'proper' sound deadening.

It'll be loud enough assuming those wattage ratings are RMS, How I'd wire it up would be probably to run the sub and 6x9's off the amp and the componants up front from the headunit as the do seem a bit low powered for a 1100w amp (!!).
As for the wiring you'll need then assuming your stereo is already wired up and doing it the way I suggested you'll need:
Speaker wire to connect the componants to the headunit (If they go through a crossover then connect the crossover to the HU then the speakers to the crossover.
You'll need some more speaker wire to connect the 6x9's to the amp and also the sub to the amp (Try and get oxygen free cable for the sub).
You'll need RCA cables to take the signal from the HU to the amp.
Finally you'll need power cable to power the amp - This includes:
+12v Power cable to run direct from battery to the amp Also get a fuse to put in the cable and mount it near the battery)
Switched +12v power cable to run from the back of your headunit (normally a blue wire) to the amp, this switches the amp on when you turn your HU on.
-12v Earth cable, this only has to be as long to go from tyhe amp to a good earthing point but try and use the same gauge (thickness) of cable as you use for the +12v cable that comes direct from your car battery.
A couple of things to bear in mind when installing all this is to run your RCA cables down one side of the car (Passenger side is best) and your power cables down the other (Drivers side), I'd highly recommend fitting a fuse to the power cable the goes from battery to the amp and to mount it within 6" of the battery + terminal if possible, make sure the earthing point you use for the amp is a good one (If you have to the get some sandpaper and rub some paint off where you're earthing it).
Hope this helps.
