digi dash

i got a 1.0 nova and have been offered a digi dash from a aqstra GTE
now it occoured to me that it probably wont work as its from a GTE
wil these affect its workin?
1) mines an 8 valver n its from a 16 valver
2)it wil hove a different wiring loom

let me no the pro's/cons, how hard it wil be to fit, if it wil work etc

ive bin offered it for ?50, let me no if thats a good price aswel please

it WILL work, it's pretty easy to fit/wire (make sure u get the transducer) and ?50 is about the going rate for them.

Easier to fit to Mk2's tho. Because of the binnacle.

But it wont work half aswell as my delete/ban button if people dont start using the correct forums. I have tried the subtle approach with an announcement for the whole site at the top of this forum but it appears this wasnt enough.

I also have noticed people are being lazy at the moment, everytime I come on the site I am often flooded with PMs from people who have "forgot there password" etc etc. - there is a "forgot your password?" feature on the login screen!

It does get very annoying for us guys...

hence why I hardly post probably...
