O.K, might sound like a bit of a silly question. Since beatin my mates modified Rover 220 gti off the mark, he has told every one knows to try and beat me of the mark. On the way to work a standard (as far as i know, bar the dump valve) RS Turbo pulled up at the lights. When they changed to green we both got a good start and i just eased away from him. Now i was really quite surprised at this. I have a chip, K&N, Boost valve and thats it. Does that sound about right or was his maybe just Knackered?

B-) When you become a Taxi driver, is it compulsary to have a lobotomy?

If it was the 1.6 it's possible. On RS Turbos it's really easy to lose traction when you put your foot down.

One of my mates had a gte and beat another mates 1.6 RS Turbo down the Promenade at Blackpool.

He had a PB Valve, K+N and Stainless Steel Exhaust.

they have lag and wheels spin off the lights u want traction and torque

The reason why you beat it was because of the fact that every RS turbo has been driven like a weaponmobile all its life and just get tired easily, quality vauxhalls keeps going & going (like some essex birds I know)! but my mates 5 GT Turbo did spank me the other day....but it fell apart soon after!

Is just me or does everyone with an RS turbo reckon it,s pushing 200bhp when they have just changed the chip. They dont like being beaten by me, my nova looks like a 1.3sr but has a 2.0 in it. The look on their faces when they try to race me is superb. Anyway they only push 132bhp as standard and weigh more then a nova:D
