Finally got the time to clear out the garage and get building the engine.

I got the engine from an Astra Mk3, though not a lot of it left now. As we're using tapered bodies and all the inside of the engine has been worked we think it'll reach 170BHP(ish).

Wait 'til you see it finished.............

I just picked my bottom end up from Velos. It looks so nice when it's been chemically cleaned :) Looking good Dave. Velos had a 1.6 16v on Throttle bodies in thier office and it looked amazing :) Look forward to seeing the car next year :)

Yeah, it's looking really good. We spent last night trial fitting the throttle bodies and the alternator, all going to plan at the moment :D This'll all be fitted in time for Donney next year.

Why is it I always have a new project to unvail there?
