With all this body and engian conversion business flying around. Is there any respect for an restrored nova-1.2-mk1 :) - if not then i suppose i will have to get my gte bumper and blacked windows. lol

Maybe we could have a seperate section on novaload that has restored nova's on it (novas that ar old but look like they did when they were new B-) )

Standard cars that have been restored always do well at shows because there original in every detail. I've got a standard engine in my car, as I don't really want a 2.0. It's down to what the owner wants from their car. In my opinion, standard motors in perfect condition deserve respect.

Slims right in a way, but the fact remains that in standard form the nova 1.2 was not the prettiest of cars, that is why they get so heavily modified. but like slim said, it's up to the ownner really.

for an example of what slim talks about just look at ian holmes gte at one of the shows this year, i'm sure andyb or dec will back me up.
