ive just fitted some blue lockwood dials in me car the only prob is
it seem to say am doin faster than i am ie pullin in2 my narrow drive it recons am doin 20mph
is there ne way of sortin this
i set the needle dead on the restin pin when i installed it
ive also got the sam prob with the temperature gauge
the dails look like there 4 a mk 1 nova as the rev counter needed a bit of persuasion 2 go in
ne help?

you have done it wrong

you have to pull the needles past the pin, then remove them

so over the stop pin then take the needle off and same when refittin

so the needle is effectivly pointin straight down :?:

Lmao. got laugh at this post cause i did exact sam thing :oops: :oops: and it takes fcukin ages to set the needles back properly again.

Large Empty car pk. drive along side some1 in a nova and compare speeds.

had to use bluetak for a while to hold the needle on as i kept having to change it and cudnt be arsed to glue it on. (be very carful taking needle of again cause extremely easy to break :oops: )

rolling road will have speedo on it...

or used a rev meter to set the revs... then set the speedo off them

worked it out 2day at 60mph in 5th gear me car revs at 3000 at the mo its at 70mph at 3000 so am gunna sort it 2 morrow
feel a right muppit 4 fucki it up normally dont make cockups as daft as this :oops: :lol:
