snappped timing belt...

After my timing belt snapped and bent two valves, it is now back on the road and running.

However, its lost a lot of power and is not as responsive....

I done all the work myself so im just wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what could be the matter? Any help appreciated.

more than likely the timing belt is 1 tooth out. otherwise you didnt lap in the valves very well and there loosing compression!!!

get a hot compression test done and post the results in here!!

also check your cam belt timing
