is it still possible to buy doors new for the nova if not can any one suggest where i might find some good ones in the midlands

go and look at the local crap yards they might have some nice ones stored. the scrappy by me strips cars down and keeps the good parts in a unit. if not try and find a small vauxhall breaker. theres one by me thats where i get my parts from.

I think they are something like 200 from vauxhall for news doors

yeah, ?220 each IIRC from vaux. Second hand ones range from ?20-?75 each. It is worth paying a little more for a better quality door in the long run, as you dont want to have to replace them in a years time becasue of rust.

Doors are becoming for rare and more pricey, so far this year i have stripped in the region of 12 novas and i think have sold about 3 doors.

I dont want to sell anymore and will probably store them for myself, i have about 4 very good ones at the moment but there all mine.

Door skins are a cheaper option but finding a bodyshop who wants to fit it could prove difficult as they are awkward.

doors are now NLS at dealers.... so that means no more brand new doors!
