I might be barking up the wrong tree but I'd be interested in some opinions. A while back I put some GSI seats in my 1.2i, the seats are great but being firmer transfer more road bumps. Am I right in thinking that the springs in the gsi were designed to compensate the seat firmness whereas the 1.2i spring setup relied on more cushioning from the soft seats? If this logic follows would changing the springs make a difference? The seats themselves are still in good order and have been inspected by an upholsterer.

GSI suspension is already uprated so will be firmer, it is in effect a 20mm lowering kit for your base model, when you lower a car it makes me laff ppl moan abt it being uncomfortable, i mean if u want a car to handle u cant expect the ride to be all that.....

Changing the springs to gsi ones will make it harder still.
